(aka: how two sisters turned golf into pretty things)

We grew up in the golf business—literally. While other kids were at soccer practice, we were surrounded by golf talk, components, and building clubs and shaft boxes.  

Then life happened.

We became engineers (we both went to UC Berkeley, one of us in mechanical and the other in electrical engineering and comp sci).  We lived and breathed in male dominated industries.  We became moms. We left golf… and somehow, also never really left it.

Years (and a few kids) later, we found ourselves back in the family business—older, wiser, and wondering why women’s golf still felt like an afterthought. Everything worked… but very little felt beautiful. And almost nothing felt designed with women truly in mind.

So we did what sisters do best: we decided to fix it.

MintBirdie was born from a simple idea—golf accessories should perform and feel good. They should be functional without being boring, elevated without being precious, and supportive of women who love the game in every version of their life (yes, even the chaotic, running-late one).

We curate thoughtfully. We test obsessively. We argue over colors. And we choose pieces that bring confidence, ease, and a little beauty to the course—because women deserve more than just “pink it and shrink it.”

This brand is for the seasoned player, the weekend golfer, the new mom sneaking in nine holes, and every woman who wants her golf gear to feel thoughtful and beautiful, like her.
